Vardan Boyazhyan is the founder and Managing Attorney at VB & ASSOCIATES, P.C.. Mr. Boyazhyan has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a vast array of cases. These representations range from representing the rights of victims of personal injury cases, premises liability, medical malpractice, business disputes, bankruptcy, evictions, along with other complex cases.

Attorney Vardan Boyazhyan graduated from Whittier Law School’s full time program in 2015. During his three years at Whittier Law School, Mr. Boyazhyan was on the Dean’s Honor Roll and also a valuable intern at the District Attorney’s Office working on complex homicide cases. Mr. Boyazhyan also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University Los Angeles.

Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Boyazhyan established his own legal practice and quickly began gaining recognition for being an aggressive, respectful, and caring attorney who obtains favorable results for his clients. Mr. Boyazhyan has represented clients against a prominent Las Vegas Hotel and Casino, various nationwide insurance companies, and assisted clients with a variety of other legal issues and needs.

Mr. Boyazhyan has not only earned the respect of his clients but adversaries as well. His confidence, professionalism, and an unquestionable desire to reach success have helped VB & ASSOCIATES, P.C. quickly grow.
Mr. Boyazhyan is also extremely involved with his community. Mr. Boyazhyan’s involvement with sports gave him the opportunity to be the boys basketball coach at Hoover High School in Glendale for several years. His unparalleled work ethic earned him not only the respect of opposing coaches, but the respect of all the athletes and their parents. Mr. Boyazhyan is also an active member of Homenetmen’s Ararat Chapter and has been participating with the non-profit organization since 2004 as coach, athlete, and athletic director.
